Gavin
Kunyuan Li: great thanks chris. you were withdrawing $25?
and burning from: 0x3d115f881e1B7089CA41c5eB7C29635a5F2be86b?
www.carbon.money is a site we're slowly deprecating (moving more towards the widget) so had some eth code that was outdated. hence the error.
thanks for being so patient

Gavin: Hey. I tried several times again. It still has the same problem.

Kunyuan Li: Hi Kunyuan, are you on the correct Ethereum network (Mainnet not Ropsten)? Did you check the Metamask extension for a popup to sign? I ask because I personally successfully redeemed yesterday without a problem and these are the most common issues
Nick Pai
Kunyuan Li it appears that you transaction was reverted, for reasons I do not know why (https://etherscan.io/tx/0xd4256aca966e38fdfe428027564222cc1b5f2852a5f902b9480c3b3079741be8), as I just submitted a successful redemption here for 25 CUSD (https://etherscan.io/tx/0xb5c93c33ee3f13692ab6527ad5df19bc78647d801b96354b684110a3bd6b769e)

Apologies for the issue. Our current CUSD fee for metaburns does not cover ETH gas fees so your transaction was reverted. We are working to increase the gas for metaburns so this does not happen in the future. We will let you know as soon as we make the change.

Daniel Shiferaw: Thank you! May I know when will that function be fixed?
