Settled to N/A status

After patiently waiting for more than over a week 1/29/19 my transaction went from settled to N/A status. The wire transfer I initiated is still pending from even further back. Sort of frustrated at this point.

There was an error with the bank information sent to our trust for the ach transaction. We are working with them to resolve the issue and will report back with next steps.

I followed up with my bank and they said that it came through as a savings account transaction not checking. If you can look into this on your end I’d appreciate it.

Daniel Shiferaw: yes. Can we cancel all pending transactions and start from scratch? I’d prefer to do ACH transfer because it’s cheaper. I was attempting to test your payment chanel.
