Anya Wolfe: The application is not denied--our KYC provider just need more information (in your case to upload a driver's license or proof of address such as a bill sent to your home). Let me know if you can upload the photo. We will work on communication of the state of the application process for users in the future.

i just checked, your KYC is not passing because you need to upload another document (Driver's license or mailing item from the past 90 days) to verify your address.
If you can kindly login and submit, your KYC should complete.
